Staff training
The University has a duty to provide training to harassment and sexual misconduct training to all staff and students.
Training for staff
As part of this new condition of registration, all staff and students are required to complete mandatory harassment and sexual misconduct training. This training will inform staff about the new requirements provide details on how to support individuals, outline the changes to procedures and provide details about the behaviour that constitutes harassment and sexual misconduct.
This learning plays a key role in strengthening the healthy, inclusive culture that underpins our success. Each of us plays a vital role in actively promoting inclusion, challenging unacceptable behaviour and addressing concerns in the appropriate way.
