Lord Roger Toulson joins University of Surrey School of Law
Lord Roger Toulson has been appointed Distinguished Visiting Professor at the University of Surrey School of Law.
Lord Toulson studied law at Jesus College, Cambridge and was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1969. He became Queen's Counsel in 1986 and was Chairman of the Law Commission of England and Wales between 2002 and 2006.
In 2007, he became Judge of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales , followed by his appointment at the Supreme Court of Justice in 2013.
He has published numerous articles and chapters on commercial and criminal law and will deliver lectures in these two areas.
