The people and the history of Williams Racing are unique and what they’ve achieved as a small family business is incredible. I felt like a part of the team from the first day.

I found my Professional Training Year an incredibly valuable experience, and it was certainly rewarding to be able to use what I’ve learnt during my time at Surrey in my job.

I would absolutely recommend doing a Professional Training Year, not just to enhance technical skills and knowledge but to develop soft skills, which at times can be more important.

Studying abroad has definitely helped me decide on my career path.

Surrey Hospitality and Tourism Management has a vast experience in the industry which added a lot of value to my experience at Surrey.

Whilst on placement, I demonstrated my passion for the food industry and was offered a position after graduation! Being able to secure this opportunity before starting my final year was a great feeling.

I love learning about the science behind what we eat as it’s so relevant to our daily lives, especially in a time when new diets and health trends are constantly emerging.

I'm passionate about learning how the body and different organs work, especially how they can be affected by exercise.

Learning in the Surrey Clinical Simulation Centre had been excellent. The academic staff have also been very supportive and patient. The support throughout the whole MSc course has been amazing.
