What are Sustainable Development Goals?
The 17 Goals were adopted by all UN Member States in 2015 as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development which set out a 15 year plan to achieve the Goals.
The SDGs are aimed at achieving a better and more sustainable future for all by addressing the global challenges we face today such as poverty, inequality, climate change and environmental degradation.

The Times Higher Education (THE) Sustainability Impact Rankings assess universities around the world for their performance against the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
