Salary scales
Pension
We offer employees membership to a generous pension scheme. The Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) for those on grade 3 and above, the University of Surrey Pension Plan (UPP) for those on grade 1 and 2, and the Operate Pension Plan (OPP) for those joining Operate Surrey Limited. Full details will be made available on appointment.

Payroll Giving allows you to donate tax-free to any charity, good cause or multiple causes with one deduction from your pay. So every £5 you donate through Payroll Giving costs you no more than £4.
