LinkedIn Learning
You will have free access to 100,000 hours of learning videos on hundreds of topics covering technical, interpersonal and practical skills via LinkedIn Learning.
Appraisals
You will have a yearly appraisal to help you to recognise your achievements and focus on how you can be helped to develop and to realise your ambitions.
Promotion
We are committed to supporting the development of all our staff, which includes recognising promotion when you attain the next level. For academic staff, we have an annual promotion cycle, starting in February, which you are free to apply for when you believe that you are ready.
Workshops
You will have access to workshops that offer a range of topics that will help to enhance your personal effectiveness, improve your capabilities and confidence and give you the skills to help you perform your role more effectively.
