How to find us  

Convergence 2026 will be held on our Stag Hill campus. The full address can be found in the footer of the page. The exact rooms for the conference will be published closer to the event. 

By car 

Onsite parking will be available for the conference. Please include your parking requirements when registering for the conference. The car park is regulated by ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) and cars not registered in advance will incur a parking fine, unfortunately we are not able to overturn parking tickets.  

By train 

The nearest station to our Stag Hill campus is Guildford. It is a short walk (10-15 mins) from the station to the campus. Your Map apps will be able to show you the best route.  

By plane 

Gatwick Airport 

If you arrive into Gatwick airport you can get a direct 45 minute (approx.) train to Guildford. Alternatively it is approximately 40 mins by car to the University.  

Heathrow Airport 

RailAir buses run regularly from Heathrow to Guildford train station. There is no direct train from Heathrow to Guildford, but it is possible if you travel via underground into central London.  

By Eurostar 

If you get the Eurostar into London, you will be able to take the London underground from St Pancras to Waterloo where you will be able to get a direct train to Guildford. There are several trains an hour.

Accommodation  

We have a limited number of rooms available on campus, which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Booking will be open soon for on campus accommodation. We will also publish a list of hotels in Guildford. If you want to book a hotel, you will need to do it directly with the hotel.
