This residential summer school is free to attend and you will be provided with free accommodation, refreshments and meals throughout. The University is also able to cover the cost of travel to and from the summer school.
About the summer school
Combining an exciting mix of theory and practical work, our fully funded summer school will provide you with the opportunity to explore and develop your knowledge, skills and interests in Veterinary Medicine.
You'll attend a variety of lectures, seminars and tutorials at our state-of-the-art Surrey Vet School, all delivered by our academic staff, who are leading experts in their fields. You’ll also get the chance to speak with our current students and find out all about their experiences of university life.
As a sneak preview of the timetable as part of the Veterinary Medicine strand, we can now confirm that the week will include a visit to Super Vet, Professor Noel Fitzpatrick’s clinic, Fitzpatrick Referrals.
This is a fantastic opportunity to meet students with similar interests to you. In the evenings, you will be able to relax and unwind from your studies, get to know your new friends and enjoy a variety of activities both on campus and in Guildford, before turning in for the night in our residential halls on campus.
