Enriching education with research

Many of our academics use their research to improve the world we live in and to enrich your education, meaning your programme will be led by informed and inspiring researchers who bring real-world problems and events into lectures.

Additionally, the University of Surrey was awarded TEF gold standard for outstanding teaching. This award recognises the innovative and personalised courses that we offer our students.

Forming industry and academic collaborations (across the globe)

All our schools within the University of Surrey have strong connections with their relevant industries across the world. Our partnerships come from our research active academics and successful alumni who have gone into their relevant industries. Through collaboration we work together, share learning and visualise the future.

With guest lectures from various industries and projects with real-world problems, our partnerships across the globe aid your learning and prepare you for employment after graduation.

Many of our postgraduate courses have been professionally recognised and received accreditation. Some of our accreditations include The British Psychological Society, Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine, Institution of Engineering and Technology, and Association of MBAs.
