Prof David Uzzell evidence to the Commission for the Study of Climate Change in Spain

On 30 November 2017 in Madrid, Prof David Uzzell gave evidence to the Commission for the Study of Climate Change of the Congress of Deputies of the Spanish Parliament. He was asked to discuss future legislative measures on climate change and energy transitions.  This was attended by members of all the Spanish political parties.

Surrey cyber security researchers won Best Paper Award at HCII 2017

Dr Haiyue Yuan, Dr Shujun Li, Miss Nouf Aljaffan from the Department of Computer Science and Surrey Centre for Cyber Security (SCCS), and Dr Patrice Rusconi of the School of Psychology, have won the Best Paper Award of the 5th International Conference on Human Aspects of Information Security, Privacy and Trust (HAS 2017), held as part of the 19th International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction (HCII 2017/HCI International 2017), Vancouver, Canada, July 9-14, 2017.
