Heating and hot water now restored on Stag Hill campus

Heating has now been restored to all buildings across Stag Hill campus. Hot water has been restored to most buildings. Work continues to restore hot water to Senate House and the Philip Marchant building (where MySurrey Hive Stag Hill is located). Our Manor Park campus was unaffected by these issues.
All buildings, facilities and services are open as normal. Rooms that were affected are rapidly returning to normal temperatures.
We do not anticipate any further updates to this incident alert page.
