Anonymous reporting

Data submitted via this form will be handled in line with the University of Surrey's Information Management Policies.

The University of Surrey Security Services role is to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.  While we are available 24/7 to call on in person at Senate House or to telephone on 01483 68(2002) or, in an emergency 01483 68(3333), we recognise some people may wish to pass information without being identified themselves.

SurreyWatch is an email reporting service which allows users to provide information to the Security Services team about anything, anonymously. Emails are monitored 24/7 by the Control Room staff and forwarded to the most appropriate department, or responded to by duty Security staff. Unless you include your personal and contact details (optional), you cannot be traced or identified.

The University will make all reasonable efforts to respond to anonymous reports, or reports from third parties, on a case-by-case basis depending on the details disclosed. If you wish to seek student support for an incident you have experienced please see: www.surrey.ac.uk/ask/
