Our programme

Personalise your study

Alongside the compulsory modules, you can select from a broad range of electives, including three guided pathway routes: Artificial Intelligence, Hospitality Service Leadership, and Entrepreneurship. In addition, the flexible Integrative Applied Project - whether a business plan, consultancy project, or research report - allows you to apply your learning to a final project tailored to your career goals.

A flexible structure to match your life

Alongside our one-year full-time programme, the Surrey MBA offers flexible part-time routes designed to fit around professional and personal commitments. You can choose a two-year structured option or an unstructured pathway lasting two to five years.

Modules are delivered in two-week block teaching. For the structured part-time programme, this means a minimum of 24 days of attendance across 10 months. For the unstructured route, students complete at least two modules per year (one per semester), equivalent to at least 12 days of attendance over 10 months.

A transformational experience

A bespoke and unique four-stage Career Growth Accelerator runs alongside the MBA, combining self-discovery with the mindset, soft skills, and strategic insight to lead and advance your career. Plus, the Global Impact Residency offers an international consultancy project with purpose-driven organisations, enabling you to apply your MBA learning to real-world challenges while creating positive social and environmental impact.

A smart investment for your future

We offer a competitive tuition fee, in conjunction with a variety of scholarships. These offer up to 50% off your fees (equating up to £14,500) making the Surrey MBA an accessible and high-value investment in your future.
