Abstract

There is potentially much useful diagnostic information in various physiological signals collected from the human body. But how can that information be extracted? In this talk we will consider the Symmetric Projection Attractor Reconstruction (SPAR) method which converts an approximately periodic signal into a two-dimensional attractor image which can be used as input for machine learning to diagnose various diseases.
