This award, funded by the University of Surrey, the FASD clinic at the SABP NHS Trust and the Waterloo Foundation and provides annual funding to cover UK tuition fees and a tax-free stipend in line with UKRI standard rates (i.e. £20,780 for 2025-2026).
All scholarships come with UKRI stipend (currently £20,780 pa), UK fees and research costs for 4 years. A small number of international fee waivers will be available for exceptional students. Note that Dstl, UKHSA and APHA each have their own nationality and residency requirements.
Funding covers a stipend of £20,780 pa (tax-free) and UK “home” tuition fees for 3.5 years. Funding is available to cover travel, conferences, and consumables.
