Biography
To shortly introduce myself, I finished an associate degree in computer science at the University of Aleppo in my country of origin, Syria, and that helped me in mastering a variety of Software and hardware computer skills. After that, I moved to Italy where I earned a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, followed by the completion of PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology at the Sapienza University of Rome.
During my PhD at Sapienza University, I developed analytical and problem-solving skills within an interdisciplinary environment and working with a dynamic team.
I also am a fully registered Pharmacist with the GPHC and PSNI.
During my PhD at Sapienza University, I developed analytical and problem-solving skills within an interdisciplinary environment and working with a dynamic team. I was conducting research between the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology and the Department of Biochemistry where I was analyzing the Leukocytes cells with BD Flow cytometry; moreover, I have had the possibility to be hosted at CREA - Council for Agricultural Research in Rome which is a leading Italian research organization and then I successfully obtained a competitive research program, UNIPHARMA Graduates and European Erasmus, at KTU University in Lithuania.
