Biography
Rachael Orr is a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist with experience of working within the NHS, the voluntary sector, and in private practice. She has a particular interest in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and as well as being a Teaching Fellow at Surrey University, is involved with Mindfulness provision to individuals, charities, and organisations throughout London.
Teaching
Rachael is module lead for PSYM 101 - CBT for Anxiety Disorders and Depression, Part One, PSYM 103 - CBT for Anxiety Disorders and Depression, Part Two, and PSYM 105 - CBT for Anxiety Disorders and Depression, Part Three. She is also a course group supervisor.
