A framework for evaluating the impact of the use of digital tools and innovative processes in schools

This research project contributed to the integration, access to, and use of large and small repositories of open educational resources.

Overview

The research project contributed to the integration, access to, and use of large and small repositories of open educational resources, as well as best practice exchange and collaboration.

This resulted in a number of innovative methodological tools for school education, including:

  • A new methodology for impact assessment
  • A new impact assessment framework, business models, and sustainability strategy
  • The implementation of the new innovation model across thousands of schools across Europe.

This project was based on the output and outcomes of the flagship EU funded Open Discovery Space project: A socially-powered and multilingual open learning infrastructure to boost the adoption of eLearning resources.

The research team led dissemination, validation, impact, motivation and sustainability development.
