"The Surrey MBA offered an excellent learning programme, which is designed based on the needs of the modern business world. It is a power packed programme with many distinctive features such as world-class infrastructure, top-notch faculty, mentoring programme, career development support and a very diverse cohort.The MBA programme content is phenomenal as it covers a great variety of topics like Leadership, Strategic Change Management, Financial Strategy, Innovation and Marketing in a Digital World. These are highly relevant and practical aspects of the business world, which can be applied in any organisational context.
The advantage of doing an MBA is that you develop a very wide range of skills that enable you to grow by leaps and bounds in your career. It was a golden opportunity to be able to apply skills that were also taught as a part of modules like Leadership. There were numerous occasions to lead teams with diverse educational and cultural backgrounds in various group projects during the MBA programme.
I also had the pleasure of being elected as the Course Representative of the Full-time cohort, which was a very dynamic mix of accomplished professionals.

I am also privileged to have a senior industry leader as my mentor and the Associate Dean of the Business School as my Supervisor for the dissertation. It has been an honour to receive guidance from the MBA Director, who always takes an active interest in the development of the students. They have played a vital role in my MBA journey so far and I look forward to their guidance in the future.
