Sheldon, a third year Nutrition student, describes his first two years at the University of Surrey.
“I have always loved food and I've enjoyed developing my knowledge of nutrition. The facilities at Surrey are top notch. The library is continually developing and I receive individual feedback on coursework and general feedback after exams. I also have my own tutor who I meet with frequently.
I lived in halls during my first year and it was brilliant, everything I had hoped it would be. Living with 13 new people was a real laugh. We all got on really well, and I’ve made really good friends.
Surrey’s sporting facilities are world-class and I was president of the Mountaineering Club last year. There are almost too many societies and clubs to join! In my last year, I plan on trying as many new things as possible.”
