Salary scales

Pension

We offer employees membership to a generous pension scheme. The Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) for those on grade 3 and above, the University of Surrey Pension Plan (UPP) for those on grade 1 and 2, and the Operate Pension Plan (OPP) for those joining Operate Surrey Limited.
