- And much more.
No matter what level of support or advice you are looking for BHSF RISE can help, covering a large range of topics from 'I've had a bad day at work and can't cope' through to 'My partner has left me, what do I do?', or ‘I’m feeling the impact of the cost-of-living crisis and need some advice’, to 'My grandmother just died and didn't leave a will - what do I do?'.
The programme offers face-to-face consultations, over the phone or online support, whenever and wherever it is needed. Staff receive a dedicated case manager to guide them through the service until a resolution is reached. They also have quick access to any specialist support required, due to fast-track referrals. There is also a comprehensive set of online resources.
