We have a vibrant and supportive group of postgraduate research students, embedded within and contributing to our wider research agenda as well as taking an active role in a range of intellectual and social activities. Our group is multi-disciplinary, internationally diverse and reflects a striking depth of professional experience.
Attendance at appropriate taught modules covering both research skills and subject-based material is encouraged, as is attendance at our monthly seminar series. You will also attend and contribute to a regular seminar series we run as a postgraduate research student here.
Our graduates have moved into high profile positions in industry, the public sector and academia. The problem-solving ethos of our centre will give you a focus and commercial acumen that ensures you are highly employable, and the exposure to a breadth and depth of theoretical approaches to sustainability ensures you will be equipped to help lead thinking in your respective field.
If you are considering a PhD you may be interested in taking a look at the diverse research taking place in our centre as well as the profiles of all our academics to help you find a suitable supervisor.
