All offer holder days, apart from Vet School and School of Health Sciences, will take place on our Stag Hill campus.
Parking and planning your visit
You can download our 'Planning your visit' document which will be available from Surrey Self-Service, our applicant portal, shortly before your offer holder day. This includes important information about parking on campus, as well as other useful information to help you plan your day.
Please note: if you are travelling by car, you must register your vehicle in advance. More information on how to do this can be found in the "Parking and planning your visit" document on your applicant portal.
Please note our Vet School and School of Health Sciences (Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedic Science) are based on our Manor Park campus. If you are using a sat nav please use GU2 7XU for the Vet School and GU2 7YH for School of Health Sciences.

The University of Surrey can support students attending our events with a travel bursary of £40. The bursary will be paid to your bank account after you have attended the event. If you require immediate support with the costs of travel, please contact the Widening Participation & Outreach team at wp@surrey.ac.uk.

Eligibility criteria
To apply for a travel bursary, you must meet all the essential criteria , plus one of the listed Widening Participation and Outreach (WPO) criteria:

If you have any special requirements please email us as soon as possible before your visit at offerholderdays@surrey.ac.uk detailing your accessibility needs. We will be in contact within 48 hours to organise the necessary arrangements.
Arrival time and registration
Vet School
Please follow the signs to car park situated behind Bright Horizons Nursery. You will then have a short walk to the Vet School Main Building to check in for registration.
A member of the team will check your name against the list of booked visitors and confirm your attendance. Please make sure you have booked your place in advance.
Offer holder days start at different times, depending on the date you attend. If you are attending on a Saturday, please arrive at the Vet School between 9:30am and 10am. If you are attending on a Wednesday, please arrive between 12:30pm and 1pm.
School of Health Sciences (Nursing/Midwifery/Paramedic Science)
Please park in the car park next to Kate Granger Building (GU7 7YH) and then make your way to the main entrance of the Kate Granger Building where staff and students will be based to welcome you and register your attendance.
A member of the team will check your name against the list of booked visitors and confirm your attendance. Please make sure you have booked your place in advance.
Offer holder days start at different times, depending on the session you have booked to attend. For Saturday morning sessions, please arrive at Kate Granger building between 9am and 9:30am. For Wednesday afternoon and Saturday afternoon sessions, please arrive between 12:30pm and 1pm.
Once you have arrived on our Stag Hill campus, please follow the signs directing you to the Marquee on our PATS field just a short walk from the Main Car Park to check in at registration.

Offer holder days start at different times, depending on the session you have booked to attend. For Saturday morning sessions, please arrive at the registration marquee on Stag Hill campus between 8:30am and 9:30am. For Wednesday afternoon and Saturday afternoon sessions, please arrive between 12 noon and 1pm. If you are attending a Music or Creative Music Technology offer holder session, please arrive at 11:30am for registration.
Prepare for the event

Casual and comfortable clothes are advised as you will be walking and exploring our facilities and campus.
You are permitted to bring one guest; your ticket is for yourself and one other person.
On the day
We are excited to be able to show you our band C and band D rooms as part of the Stag Hill campus tour. If you are visiting the Vet School or Health Sciences on our Manor Park campus, an example of our Band D accommodation will also be available.

What happens if I can no longer attend?
If you can no longer join us then, you can cancel your booking on the Surrey Self-Service Portal or email offerholderdays@surrey.ac.uk. You are welcome to rebook for a later date if available.
