New tools for Rapid Field Detection of clinical biomarkers in poultryThis PhD focuses on combining a microfluidic device that measures antimicrobial resistance with DNA techniques to be able to gain further insight and understanding of the rise and spread of antimicrobial resistance. Furthermore, we aim to develop a tool that will be able to rapidly detect antimicrobial resistance and genes in agricultural settings.
