Why study sport and exercise science at Surrey?

Our Sport and Exercise Sciences degree programme follows a modular structure and lasts three or four years, depending on whether you choose to complete a Professional Training placement year.

Students benefit from state-of-the-art facilities within the £36 million Surrey Sports Park, Surrey Human Performance Institute and well-equipped teaching laboratories.

The programme is endorsed by the Register of Exercise Professionals, enabling students to complete Gym Instructor and Personal Training qualifications whilst studying for their degree.
