Our next Stag Hill open day is on Saturday 21 June.
Please book your place in advance. You can book to attend in the morning or afternoon and you will need to select your chosen subject talk(s) when you book. Your e-ticket will entitle you and one guest to attend your booked talk(s).
Our open days are busy events, with lots of activities to choose from. To help you plan your day, please refer to the open day programme for the specific times of all talks, tours and information areas.

Saturday 21 June 2025 - What to expect?
Your arrival time
You will have booked to attend either the morning session or afternoon session and this will be shown on your e-ticket.
If you are attending the morning session, please arrive on Stag Hill campus from 8:30am.
If you attending the afternoon session, please arrive on Stag Hill campus from 12:45pm.
On arrival
When you arrive on Stag Hill campus, head to check-in, located in Austin Pearce building, on the Piazza. Here we will scan your e-ticket and can provide more information about the event.
Your e-ticket will have been sent to you via email, when you booked your place (please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your e-ticket).
Subject sessions

Subject talks: You must have pre-booked to attend a subject talk. You will have selected your chosen subject talk(s) when you booked to attend the open day. Your e-ticket will list the talk(s) you have booked to attend and will entitle you and one guest to attend the talk(s).
Subject facilities tours: Certain subjects will offer a facilities tour immediately after the subject talk. If you have booked to attend the subject talk, you are also entitled to attend this tour. Other subjects will be offering separate facilities tours and you will need to visit the relevant tour desk on the day and collect separate ticket(s) in advance of the tour. Please refer to subject talk and tour list for specific instructions.

General information talks
You do not need to pre-book these talks when you book to attend the open day. Seats will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Campus tours
Depart regularly from Austin Pearce Foyer between 9am and 4pm. Tours will be led by one of our student ambassadors and last approximately 45-50 minutes.

Examples of our student accommodation will be open for you to drop-in during your visit and explore these areas at your own pace.
Student services information fair
Located in MySurrey Hive on Stag Hill campus, this area hosts a range of student services, including our admissions, careers, wellbeing and welfare, disability and neuroinclusion and more.
Library and Archives
Our Library will be open on Level 1 from 9am-5pm, while our Archives and Special Collections will be open between 10am-12:15pm and 12:35pm-3:30pm.
Student clubs and societies
Pop into our PATS Marquee to discover more about student life at Surrey. Chat to some of our student clubs and societies and enjoy refreshments.
Surrey Sports Park (on Manor Park campus)
Hop on our free shuttle bus and visit Surrey Sports Park, located on our Manor Park campus. Tours will take place every 30 minutes between 10am and 4pm. You can also learn more about Team Surrey's Performance Sport programme, with talks taking place at Surrey Sports Park at 11:30am, 1pm and 2:30pm.
