Theory Group

Our research

The Theory group undertakes research in a range of areas including Bargaining Theory, Contract Theory, Financial and Monetary Economics, Game Theory, Information Economics, Microeconomic Theory, Network Theory and Social Choice Theory. The group publishes in top economics journals such as American Economic Review, Econometrica, Journal of Economic Theory, Games and Economic Behaviour and Review of Economic Studies. The group actively encourages and supports postgraduate research students in a wide range of areas in economic theory. Members of the group regularly disseminate their research at international conferences and internal seminars.
