Student paramedics feature on BBC Inside Out South

Student paramedics from the University of Surrey have appeared in a film about the UK’s shortage of paramedics.

The programme featured Claire Horsfield, Teaching Fellow in the School of Health Sciences, and saw students training in our Simulation Suite and talking about why they’re passionate about becoming a paramedic.

Staff from South East Coast Ambulance Service, which hosts our Paramedic Practice students for their professional training, also appeared in the film.
