We always advise you book your graduation tickets before you know whether you have passed, even if you think you may need to retake the year. If you wait to book your tickets you may face disappointment if there are no guest tickets remaining.
If you are not eligible
If you have purchased your tickets but you are unable to graduate, then we can offer you a refund.
Debts to the University
Please note that degrees will not be conferred if tuition debts to the University are outstanding by the deadline of Friday 4 June 2021. A student owing tuition fees to the University will not be considered for the award of a degree or diploma, and therefore will not be included in the list of graduands for presentation or officially published in the Gazette of Degree Awards, until those fees are paid. In order to avoid delays in the banking system, payment by cash or credit card is strongly recommended. For more information on your payment options please visit our Fees web page.
Once you have paid your debt, the system should take approximately 24 hours to update. Only once the system has processed your payments may you proceed to booking your tickets. Please note: If you attempt to do this too quickly after clearing your debt, you may fail to log into the site.
