Surrey signs Memorandum of Understanding with Chongqing University

The University of Surrey is pleased to have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the leading University in Chongqing, China.

The MoU builds upon existing relationships between academic colleagues at both institutions, with a formal commitment to explore further opportunities for collaboration in research and education across a broad range of disciplines. 

On 3rd June senior colleagues from both Universities, including Surrey's Vice Chancellor Prof. G.Q. Max Lu and President of Chongqing University, Prof. Zongyi Zhang, attended an online ceremony to  formally recognise and celebrate this new partnership. Both parties look forward to strengthening existing ties and fostering new collaborations in the future.
