Find out what to expect at our GSA open day on Saturday 24 June.

Saturday 24 June 2023 

Our open day will run from 8:45am–4pm and will take place on Stag Hill campus, where Guildford School of Acting is located.  

On arrival, please check-in on Stag Hill campus, head to the main Piazza when you arrive. Check-in is open from 8:45am till 2pm. Please arrive with plenty of time ahead of your booked subject talk so you can experience the full open day. 

What to expect 

GSA programme talks and tours (pre-booked ticket required)

Our programme talks will be available to help you learn more about the specific course that interests you. A tour of GSA facilities will be available immediately after your talk. You will have selected your talk time when you booked to attend the open day. Your ticket will admit you and one guest to your talk and tour.

Student Life at Surrey

Visit PATS Marquee, the large marquee on PATS field, to discover more about student life at Surrey. Chat to some of our student clubs and societies, listen to live music and enjoy refreshments. Open 9am until 4pm.

Information Fair

Our Information Fair is located in MySurrey Hive on Stag Hill campus and will host a range of student services, including our accommodation team, admissions, careers, wellbeing and welfare, disability and neurodiversity and more. Open 9am until 4pm.

Campus tours

Our student ambassadors will be giving guided tour of Stag Hill campus. Tours will depart regularly between 9am and 3pm and last approximately 45-50 minutes. Tours depart from Piazza.

Open accommodation

If you choose to live at University, we have more than 6,000 rooms to suit all budgets. Rooms are banded A to F, according to price and amenities. Examples of our Band C (which has shared bathroom facilities) and Band D (which is en-suite) accommodation will be open for viewing on our Stag Hill campus. Please drop-in anytime between 9am and 4pm. Examples of our Band D and Accessible Rooms will be open on Manor Park campus for viewing between 9am and 4pm.
