Receiving your tickets and wristbands
Tickets, wristbands and parking permits will be sent to the address you provide when booking online and will be posted approximately two weeks before your ceremony.
We regret that we are unable to send tickets or wristbands overseas or to university address pigeon holes. If you are unable to supply a non-campus address or an address in the UK, tickets and wristbands will be available for collection from the Information Point in the Austin Pearce Building from 8am on the day of your ceremony.
Please check these tickets or wristbands carefully to ensure they are for the correct ceremony and reception and that you have the correct quantity of tickets or wristbands.
Your tickets are double sided with one side to be shown on arrival at the Cathedral and the other side to be shown on arrival at the Reception marquee. You need to retain your tickets and wristbands throughout the day.
Please note the time on each ticket as it states when you need to be seated in the Cathedral for your ceremony and be aware that if you arrive late you may not be admitted to your ceremony of choice. Holders of wristbands must be seated 15 minutes before the start of each ceremony.
Collecting tickets and wristbands
If you would prefer to collect your tickets or wristbands on the day rather than have them posted to you, you would need to email firstname.lastname@example.org and request for tickets or wristbands to be put aside rather than posted.
We do not make tickets or wristbands available to collect before the day of the ceremony. On the day of your ceremony they can be collected from the Information Point in the Austin Pearce Building from 8am.
