We have worked with many notable athletes, below are some previous case studies.
Dan Walsh – GB Age Group Triathlete
Dan is a physical training instructor with the British Army, and competes in Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons for both the Army and GB Age Group. His most recent achievement was at the World Championships in Cozumel, finishing 38th out of 73 overall, and fourth out of six British athletes. We help Dan with his running and cycling through physiological testing such as lactate threshold, VO2max and body composition, as well as monitoring performance measures through daily, weekly and monthly reports and home tests.
Jasmijn Muller – Ultra-distance Cyclist
Jasmijn is a cyclist currently training to attempt to break the women's solo Land's End to John O'Groats (LEJOG) world record of 52 hours and 45 minutes, set in 2002, as well as carrying for the 1,000 mile record of 64 hours and 38 minutes. The attempt is planned for September 2017 and in the time leading up to it, Jasmijn will taking part in a number of events across the country. As well as physiological testing, we also provide Jasmijn with sleep deprivation training, as this is a huge factor to consider in events such as LEJOG.
